App Store leans heavily on exact-match keywords in name/subtitle/keyword field. Play Store uses full-text relevance across all copy. You need different writing for each.

Screenshots

App Store surfaces the first three on most layouts. Play Store also surfaces three on phone, but the feature graphic takes more real estate.

Review cycles

iOS reviews take 24–48 hours. Play Store is usually instant, but rolling reviews of a subset of updates can happen without warning.
